Consequently, life may often seem distressing to them, particularly when they lack support.

Our mission at Minime is to empower individuals facing mental health challenges to navigate life's ups and downs with greater ease. We accomplish this goal through evidence-based approaches such as journaling, mood tracking, goal setting, progress tracking, and dedicated time for reflection.

PERSONAS

I find myself in stressful situations almost every day, and unfortunately, this often leads to feelings of anger and nervousness.

I often forget to focus on activities that brings me joy. Therefore, I make a conscious effort to remind myself to take breaks and engage in activities that supports my wellness.

During low periods, it's challenging to recall moments of happiness, which can make it hard to believe they ever existed.

Strategies that help me cope with a bad mood include maintaining an organized daily schedule, journaling regularly, and surrounding myself with a supportive social circle.
