PROBLEM
With the rise of online grocery shopping, consumers are faced with the challenge of navigating multiple websites to find the best deals, delivery times, and product selections. This fragmentation leads to frustration, wasted time, and uncertainty about the quality of products being purchased.
MISSION
Our mission at Smarket is to simplify the online grocery shopping experience by providing users with a single platform to compare prices, delivery times, and product availability across multiple stores. We aim to save users time and money, all from the comfort of their own home.
PERSONAS
I'm tired of jumping between different grocery websites to find the best deals. I wish there was an easier way to compare prices and save time.
It feels like every time I place an order, something goes wrong, and my groceries never arrive on time, or worse, they don't arrive at all.
I thought I found a great online grocery store, but as I started using it more, I realized their prices are way higher than what I'm used to.
The user experience is clunky and confusing. I spend more time trying to find what I need than actually shopping.
